TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time, 40 hours/week                            

JOB TITLE: Automation Tech I

REPORTS TO: PNP Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an entry-level Automation Technician to join our growing team. This position accurately produces PNP assemblies through the use of the various equipment within the department. This includes but is not limited to fixtures, SureShot, map tool, and lasers. Additionally, an Automation Tech I is involved in the assembly process of building and laser cutting sent to the customer. Complete daily reports as required and use of ERP system. Must be able to work overtime when requested. Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Possess a good working knowledge of assembly work
  • Basic computer skills i.e. Windows environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Detail oriented

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

  • High school diploma or GED

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hiring salary range TBD, depending on education and experience; medical plan after one month; company 401k retirement plan with matching after one year; paid holidays.
